The conical tower barrels are each of a conical empty barrel structure with the lower end larger than the upper end, annular reinforcing plates are fixedly arranged on the upper sides, the lower sides and the middle positions of the interiors of the conical tower barrels, and every two adjacent conical tower barrels are connected in a sleeved mode end to end. The conical tower barrels and the concrete tower footing are connected through self-adjusting balance assemblies, every two adjacent conical tower barrels are connected through self-adjusting balance assemblies, an inlet and an outlet are formed in the tower barrel, located on the lowermost side, of each conical tower barrel, and a workbench is arranged in each conical tower barrel and used for containing a power control cabinet.
