The tower frame comprises an overground foundation and a tower body, a central control room door is arranged on the lower portion of the tower body, and the cabin is rotationally connected to the top end of the tower body; a wind direction sensor is arranged at the upper end of the cabin, a signal sending end of the wind direction sensor is connected with a signal receiving end of the central control unit, a generator is arranged at the rear end in the cabin, the blade mechanism comprises a blade mounting frame and blades, and the blade mounting frame is rotationally connected to the front side of the cabin and is in transmission connection with a rotor of the generator through a transmission mechanism. The three blades are evenly arranged on the blade mounting frame in the circumferential direction. According to the stable wind power generation tower structure, by arranging the speed regulating mechanism, the two functions of yawing and speed limiting in the prior art are achieved at the same time.
