The invention provides a graphene oxide geopolymer coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The graphene oxide geopolymer coating is prepared from the following raw material components: slag, fly ash, water, an exciting agent, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, graphene oxide, an acrylic emulsion, nano titanium dioxide and phenylethylamine. According to the geopolymer coating disclosed by the invention, the slag and the fly ash are used as gel materials, and the graphene oxide is added to modify the geopolymer coating, so that the phenomena of drying shrinkage and cracking of the coating are slowed down; the exciting agent with relatively low water glass modulus is adopted to adapt to activation of slag and fly ash as gel materials, so that the problems of saltpetering, serious dry shrinkage and the like of geopolymers are avoided; amino groups in phenylethylamine not only can react with active functional groups in a geopolymer matrix to form covalent bonds, but also can react with carboxyl groups and epoxy groups on the surface of graphene oxide to form stable covalent bonds, and due to the addition of phenylethylamine, cross-linking of the amino groups and the carboxyl groups becomes tighter, so that the surface of the geopolymer matrix is more stable. Therefore, the corrosion resistance and the performance in all aspects can be further improved.
本发明提供了一种氧化石墨烯地聚物涂料及其制备方法和应用,其原料包括以下组分:矿渣、粉煤灰、水、激发剂、减水剂、消泡剂、氧化石墨烯、丙烯酸乳液、纳米二氧化钛和苯乙胺。本发明的地聚物涂料采用矿渣和粉煤灰作为凝胶材料,并通过加入氧化石墨烯对其进行改性,减缓涂层干缩、开裂的现象;采用水玻璃模数较低的激发剂,以适应以矿渣和粉煤灰作为凝胶材料的激活,避免地聚物出现泛碱和干缩严重等问题;苯乙胺中的胺基不仅可以与地聚物基体中的活性官能团发生反应,形成共价键,同时也可以同氧化石墨烯表面的羧基和环氧基反应,形成稳定的共价键,而二者因苯乙胺的加入,交联变得更加紧密,从而能够更进一步地提升防腐以及各方面性能。
