The invention discloses a limestone fluidized calcining method based on carbon cascade circulation and a fluidized calcining furnace. The method comprises the following steps: selectively returning high-temperature and high-CO2-content hot air obtained after limestone is decomposed at high temperature to atmospheres at different stages of initial decomposition of limestone in a cascade circulation manner; the content of effective calcium oxide in the product is improved while the limestone pyrolysis efficiency is improved, meanwhile, through circulating enrichment of hot air, the concentration of CO2 in exhausted waste gas is improved, heat assistance in the early stage of pyrolysis is achieved, favorable conditions are created for capturing and recycling of CO2, the carbon emission is remarkably reduced, energy consumption is reduced, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The method and the system also have the advantages of short process, easiness in control, low input cost, remarkable economic benefit and the like, and a new way is provided for resource utilization of the waste fine-grained limestone.
本发明公开了一种基于碳梯级循环的石灰石流态化煅烧方法及流态化煅烧炉,通过将石灰石高温分解后的高温高CO2含量的热风采用梯级循环的方式选择性的返回至石灰石初始分解的不同阶段的气氛中,进而在提高石灰石热解效率的同时,提高产品中有效氧化钙的含量,同时通过热风的循环富集,既提高了外排废气中CO2的浓度,又实现了热解初期的助热,为CO2的捕集回收创造有利条件,显著降低碳排放量及降低能耗,本发明的方法及系统还具有流程短,易控制,投入成本低,经济效益显著等优点,为废弃的细粒级石灰石资源化利用提供了新的途径。
