The invention relates to a photocatalytic self-repairing capsule for a cement-based material and a preparation method thereof.The self-repairing capsule is prepared through the method, and the method comprises the steps that 1, sodium bicarbonate, calcium hydroxide, citric acid and water are mixed and stirred to be uniform to obtain slurry; 2, injecting the slurry into a mold, and curing to form a capsule core sphere; and step 3, coating the capsule core sphere with a capsule shell, wherein the capsule shell comprises a polyethylene material and a photocatalyst for promoting degradation of polyethylene. According to the invention, the polyethylene shell prepared by adding the photocatalyst ensures that the photocatalyst promotes degradation and splitting of the polyethylene shell under illumination after concrete cracks, so that the self-repairing material in the capsule shell can be released to play a role, and the problem that the existing capsule shell can not be broken is solved; after being released, the capsule core sphere reacts with rainwater to generate a calcium solid substance, concrete cracks are filled with the calcium solid substance, and self-healing repair of the concrete cracks is achieved.
本发明涉及一种用于水泥基材料的光催化自修复胶囊及制备方法,通过该方法制备得到自修复胶囊,该方法包括步骤1、将碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、柠檬酸和水混合搅拌均匀得到浆体;步骤2、所述浆体注入模具中固化形成胶囊内核球体;步骤3、在胶囊内核球体外部包覆胶囊壳体,胶囊壳体包括聚乙烯材料和用以促进聚乙烯降解的光催化剂。本发明通过添加光催化剂制成的聚乙烯外壳,确保混凝土出现裂缝后光催化剂在光照下促进聚乙烯外壳降解分裂,以保证胶囊壳体内的自修复材料可以释放以发挥作用,解决了现有的胶囊外壳可能无法破裂的问题;胶囊内核球体释放后,与雨水反应生成钙质固体物质,填充混凝土缝隙,实现混凝土裂缝的自愈合修复。
