The quick-setting high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of cement, 80 to 100 parts of coarse aggregate, 40 to 60 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of rubber powder, 20 to 30 parts of modified straw-based carbon powder, 0.3 to 0.5 part of coupling agent and 0.6 to 0.8 part of water reducing agent, the modified straw-based carbon powder is prepared by the following steps: adding straw powder into an activation solution containing aluminum sulfate, carboxymethyl starch and triethanolamine, activating, ball-milling and freeze-drying to obtain a precursor, mixing the precursor with flaky aluminum powder, and heating and reacting in an inert atmosphere. The mass fraction of the aluminum sulfate is 5-10%, the mass fraction of the carboxymethyl starch is 5-10%, and the mass fraction of the triethanolamine is 3-5%.
