The invention relates to the field of concrete, and discloses a quick-setting concrete material and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the epoxy resin, the cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the accelerator, the water reducing agent and the toughening curing agent are used as raw materials to prepare the quick-setting concrete material; the fine aggregate is modified metakaolin, melanin-like nanoparticles are prepared through the auto-oxidation performance of dopamine hydrochloride, the melanin-like nanoparticles are deposited on the metakaolin material to obtain the modified metakaolin with excellent anti-ultraviolet performance, the modified metakaolin is used as the fine aggregate to be doped into the concrete material, and the anti-ultraviolet performance of the concrete is improved. The ultraviolet aging resistance of the concrete material can be improved; the modified calcium lignosulphonate nano powder is added, so that the modified calcium lignosulphonate nano powder can be used as a water reducing agent with good compatibility with a concrete material while playing a role in preventing ultraviolet aging.
