The invention discloses a method for preparing high-strength porous ceramic by using high-alumina fly ash. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a high-alumina fly ash raw material, preparing a sintering aid, preparing a blank, sintering and the like. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the high-alumina fly ash is used as a main raw material and is assisted by high-temperature binders such as the clay, the feldspar and the dolomite, and a product can form more mullite phases in a high-temperature process, so that on one hand, the mechanical strength of the porous ceramic material is improved by 30-50%, and on the other hand, the thermal stability of the porous ceramic material is greatly improved; the material can be widely applied to high-temperature filtering materials and wear-resistant ceramic catalyst carriers, and has good high-temperature resistance and high-temperature thermal stability.
本发明公开了一种利用高铝粉煤灰制备高强多孔陶瓷的方法,其包括高铝粉煤灰原料制备、烧结助剂的制备、制坯、烧成等步骤;本发明的有益效果:本发明以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,辅助于粘土、长石、白云石等高温结合剂,制品在高温过程会形成更多的莫来石相,一方面提高了多孔陶瓷材料机械强度(提高30‑50%)、另一方面多孔陶瓷材料热稳定性得到大幅提高,可广泛应用于高温过滤材料、耐磨陶瓷催化剂载体,具有较好的耐高温和高温热稳定性。
