The embodiment of the invention relates to a barium strontium titanate-based energy storage ceramic material, the barium strontium titanate-based energy storage ceramic material comprises (Ba0. 8Sr0. 2) TiO3 and Bi (Mg2/3Ta1/3) O3, and the barium strontium titanate-based energy storage ceramic material is a material obtained by introducing Bi (Mg2/3Ta1/3) O3 according to molar percentage to replace and modify a plurality of elements in (Ba0. 8Sr0. 2) TiO3; wherein the molar percentage is used for representing the content of Bi (Mg2/3Ta1/3) O3. According to the invention, the energy storage performance of the barium strontium titanate-based energy storage ceramic material can be improved.
