The invention discloses a double-U-shaped prestress composite beam and a modular construction method.The composite beam comprises three composite web plates and a composite bottom plate, the bottoms of the composite web plates are fixedly connected with the composite bottom plate, the web plates are perpendicular to the composite bottom plate, and two composite web plates are installed at the two ends of the composite bottom plate; and the other combined web plate is mounted in the middle of the combined bottom plate. The combined web comprises a UHPC flange plate and a wave-shaped steel web I-shaped beam, and the wave-shaped steel web I-shaped beam comprises an upper flange U-shaped steel plate, a wave-shaped steel plate, an end bearing steel plate and a lower flange steel plate. The combined bottom plate comprises a UHPC bottom plate and a U-shaped steel bottom plate. The upper ends of the corrugated steel web I-shaped beams are fixedly connected with the UHPC flange plates through studs on the inner sides of the upper flange U-shaped plates, and the lower ends of the corrugated steel web I-shaped beams are fixedly connected with the UHPC bottom plate through I-shaped steel supporting shear keys. The composite beam structure is high in prestress efficiency, good in crack resistance and large in span, and modular machining and rapid prefabrication can be achieved.
