The invention relates to the technical field of building structures, in particular to an upper-hanging and lower-supporting multi-floor conversion structure which comprises frame columns, a lower supporting truss, a supporting part floor surface, a hanging part floor surface and an upper truss. The hanging part floor is arranged above the supporting part floor surface in parallel, the upper truss is arranged above the hanging floor surface, and the frame columns are arranged on the side faces of the upper truss, the hanging part floor surface and the supporting part floor surface and used for supporting the upper truss, the hanging part floor surface and the supporting part floor surface; the lower supporting truss is arranged below the supporting part floor surface, connected with the frame columns and used for supporting the frame columns and the supporting part floor surface. A hanging and supporting mode is adopted, the load of a part of the floor surface of the hanging column is upwards transmitted to the upper truss through the hanging column or is directly converted through the lower supporting structure, the load borne by the conversion structure and the internal force of components are effectively reduced, and meanwhile the optimal space and view are provided for building use.
