Method for preparing tailing fiber cement mortar from basalt fibers
The invention discloses a method for preparing tailing fiber cement mortar from basalt fibers. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a tailing fiber cement mortar material and construction equipment; the tailing sand and the sand are stirred and mixed at the normal temperature, and a first mixture is obtained; stirring and mixing the first mixture, cement and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer at normal temperature to obtain a second mixture; stirring and mixing the second mixture and basalt fiber at normal temperature to obtain a third mixture; adding water into the third mixture, and uniformly stirring to form a finished product cement mortar; and performing performance detection on the finished mortar sample to ensure that the finished mortar sample meets the building requirements. A proper amount of basalt fibers playing a bridging role are doped outside the tailing cement mortar, so that the strength, toughness and crack resistance of the tailing cement mortar are improved, the problem of cracking caused by volume expansion of a tailing cement mortar test piece due to a relatively large mixing proportion of the tailing sand is avoided, and the construction cost is reduced while the building requirements are met. The large-scale use of the tailing sand in the cement mortar is realized.
