The invention discloses a nano-clay grouting material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of constructional engineering, the nano-clay grouting material comprises a main material, an auxiliary component and water; in parts by mass, the ratio of the total amount of the main materials and the auxiliary components to the mass of the water is (0.8-1.2): 1.0; the main materials comprise 80-85 parts of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 15-20 parts of desulfurized building gypsum and 2-5 parts of quick lime; the auxiliary components comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 to 0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 0.3 to 1.0 part of a retarder, 0.5 to 1.2 parts of a composite accelerator, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a suspending agent and 0.01 to 0.05 part of nano clay. The nano clay grouting material can well control the stability of the surrounding rock of a deep roadway, can well fill small cracks in a crack area of the surrounding rock, ensures that the surrounding rock of the roadway has lasting stability in a complex environment or even under the condition of water-rich ion erosion, and realizes safe and efficient mining of coal.
本发明公开了一种纳米黏土注浆材料及其制备方法与应用,属于建筑工程领域,包括主料、辅助成分和水;以质量份计,所述主料和辅助成分的总量和水的质量比为(0.8‑1.2)∶1.0;所述主料包括硫铝酸盐水泥熟料80‑85份、脱硫建筑石膏15‑20份、生石灰2‑5份;所述辅助成分包括:减水剂0.3‑0.8份、缓凝剂0.3‑1.0份、复合速凝剂0.5‑1.2份、悬浮剂0.5‑1.5份、纳米黏土0.01‑0.05份。该纳米黏土注浆材料能够很好地完成深部巷道围岩稳定性控制,很好的充填围岩裂隙区的小裂隙,保证复杂环境下甚至富水离子侵蚀的情况下,巷道围岩具备持久稳定性,实现煤炭安全高效开采。
