The invention provides a grouting material which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises cement, fly ash, a water reducing agent, a retarder, a moistening agent, a defoaming agent, redispersible latex powder, a thickening agent and water. The component B comprises an accelerator, a moistening agent, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent and water; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (0.0017-0.067). The setting time of the grouting material is adjusted in real time by adjusting the dosage of the component B, and the grouting material meets the requirements of different grouting conditions in current industrial practice. Meanwhile, the grouting material provided by the invention is high in early strength and final strength after being coagulated, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种注浆材料,包括A组分和B组分,其中,A组分包括水泥、粉煤灰、减水剂、缓凝剂、增润剂、消泡剂、可再分散乳胶粉、增稠剂和水;B组分包括速凝剂、增润剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、减水剂和水;A组分与B组分的质量比为1:(0.0017‑0.067)。本发明通过调整B组分的用量来实时调整注浆材料的凝结时间,适合当今工业实践中不同注浆情况的要求。同时,本发明提供的注浆材料凝结后的早期强度和最终强度高,具有良好的应用前景。
