Sustained-release proppant and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a sustained-release proppant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of proppants. The sustained release proppant comprises: a consolidated proppant particle; the anti-scaling particles are mutually doped with the consolidated propping agent particles, and each anti-scaling particle comprises an anti-scaling protection layer, a framework structure and an anti-scaling agent, and the framework structure and the anti-scaling agent are located in the anti-scaling protection layer and mutually penetrate through each other; and/or the paraffin control particles are mutually doped with the consolidated proppant particles, and each paraffin control particle comprises a paraffin control protective layer, and a skeleton structure and a paraffin control agent which are positioned in the paraffin control protective layer and are mutually penetrated. The anti-scaling agent and/or the paraffin inhibitor penetrate through the framework structure to form the inner core, the inner core is coated with the protective layer, the slow release time of the anti-scaling agent or the paraffin inhibitor is effectively prolonged, after the proppant reaches a preset position, the anti-scaling agent or the paraffin inhibitor is dissolved out under the stratum fluid scouring condition, and the effects of preventing scaling and preventing paraffin precipitation are achieved; the risk of pore throat blockage among proppant particles in the artificial crack is reduced, and meanwhile, pipeline blockage is avoided.
本发明提出一种缓释支撑剂及其制备方法,属于支撑剂技术领域。缓释支撑剂包括:可固结支撑剂颗粒;防垢颗粒,与可固结支撑剂颗粒相互掺杂,且防垢颗粒包括防垢保护层以及位于防垢保护层内相互贯穿的骨架结构与防垢剂;和/或,防蜡颗粒,与可固结支撑剂颗粒相互掺杂,且防蜡颗粒包括防蜡保护层以及位于防蜡保护层内相互贯穿的骨架结构与防蜡剂。本发明将防垢剂和/或防蜡剂贯穿于骨架结构中形成内核,通过在内核外包覆保护层,有效延长防垢剂或防蜡剂的缓释时间,在支撑剂到达预定位置后,地层流体冲刷条件下防垢剂或防蜡剂溶出,起到防止结垢和防止结蜡的作用,降低人造裂缝内支撑剂颗粒之间孔喉堵塞的风险,同时避免管道堵塞。
