Trace element slow-release tracing proppant and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a trace element slow-release tracing proppant and a preparation method thereof. The surface of an original proppant is coated with a layer of a high polymer material film, and a trace element tracer substance is embedded in the high polymer material film, so the trace element slow-release tracing proppant which takes the original proppant as an inner core and the high polymer material film (embedded with the trace element tracer substance) as an outer coating layer is formed. The proppant can be prepared by adopting two preparation methods, namely a hot film coating method and a cold film coating method. When the trace element slow-release tracing proppant is injected into a stratum, due to the fact that a high polymer material keeps inert, the trace element tracer substance can be slowly diffused into liquid through pore channels in a high polymer framework, so slow release is achieved; and an output curve can be obtained by analyzing a sample through trace substance analysis equipment, and therefore, information support is provided for determining fracturing effect, judging an engineering problem and optimizing a fracturing process.
本发明公开了一种微量元素缓释示踪支撑剂及其制备方法。本发明在原始支撑剂的表面包覆一层高分子材料薄膜,将微量元素示踪物质镶嵌在高分子材料薄膜之中,形成以原始支撑剂为内核,外层包裹高分子材料薄膜(镶嵌微量元素示踪物质)的微量元素缓释示踪支撑剂,它可以采用热覆膜或者冷覆膜两种制备方法进行制备。当微量元素缓释示踪支撑剂被注入地层之后,由于高分子材料保持惰性,微量元素示踪物质能通过高分子骨架中的孔道缓慢扩散至液体中,实现缓慢释放,利用微量物质分析设备对样品进行分析就可得到产出曲线,进而获得压裂后地层中的信息,从而为明确压裂效果,判断工程问题,优化压裂工艺提供信息支持。
