The invention relates to a high-turnover steel casing system cast-in-situ bored pile construction method which comprises the following steps: assembling a fixed casing and a tool casing; after hanging bars are installed on the circumferential outer walls of the obtained fixed pile casing and the tool pile casing, trial hanging is carried out, so that the bottom end of the tool pile casing is controlled to abut against the top end of the fixed pile casing, and a separated pile casing is obtained; after the separated type pile casing is hoisted to a preset pile position, the separated type pile casing is sunk to a preset height; placing a reinforcement cage and pouring concrete in the separated pile casing in sequence, and controlling the liquid level of the poured concrete to be below the contact surface of the fixed pile casing and the tool pile casing; and after the strength of the to-be-poured concrete reaches the designed strength, the hanging bars are cut off, and the tool pile casing is pulled out. The method not only solves the problems of large one-time investment, low turnover and late recovery of the existing long pile casing process, but also solves the problems of high mounting and dismounting difficulty and long construction time of the existing double-pile casing process, and has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in mounting and dismounting of the steel pile casing, high turnover speed and good sealing performance of a connecting part.
