The invention discloses a segmented lowering steel casing for cast-in-situ bored pile construction. The segmented lowering steel casing comprises an upper steel casing body, a lower steel casing body and a plurality of connecting clamping plate assemblies for connecting the upper steel casing body with the lower steel casing body; a top stiffening plate is arranged on the upper portion of the upper steel casing body; a hoisting hole is formed in the top stiffening plate and the upper steel casing body in a penetrating mode; each connecting clamping plate assembly comprises a section of arc-shaped inner side stiffening plate welded to the inner wall of the bottom end of the upper steel casing body, a section of arc-shaped outer side stiffening plate welded to the outer wall of the bottom end of the upper steel casing body and corresponding to the inner side stiffening plate, and a plurality of vertical stiffening ribs welded to the outer side of the outer side stiffening plate; and the bottom faces of the inner side stiffening plates and the bottom faces of the outer side stiffening plates protrude out of the bottom end of the upper steel casing body, so that gaps are formed between the inner side stiffening plates and the outer side stiffening plates, and the upper portion of the lower steel casing body is just inserted into the gaps. The operation is easy, the upper steel casing body and the lower steel casing body are convenient to detach, the upper steel casing body with the upper portion capable of being pulled out can be recycled, operability is high, the popularization range is wide, and the construction cost is low.
