The prefabricated multi-cabin comprehensive pipe gallery structure comprises unit prefabricated pipe galleries and connecting assemblies, each unit prefabricated pipe gallery is provided with a cabin, the multiple unit prefabricated pipe galleries are laid in sequence, and a penetrating channel is formed; each connecting assembly is arranged between every two adjacent unit prefabricated pipe galleries so that a bending angle can be formed between every two adjacent unit prefabricated pipe galleries. The connecting assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame and a connecting piece, the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame are rotationally mounted on the rotating shaft, and the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame are used for connecting the end faces, close to each other, of the two adjacent unit prefabricated pipe galleries correspondingly; the connecting piece is arranged between the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame and used for adjusting the opening and closing angle between the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame. The prefabricated multi-cabin comprehensive pipe gallery structure can adapt to pipe gallery laying of sloping fields with different gradients. The invention further relates to an assembling method of the prefabricated multi-cabin comprehensive pipe rack structure.
