Fabricated open cut tunnel joint and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, in particular to an assembly type open cut tunnel connector which comprises at least two spliced tunnel segments, each tunnel segment comprises a prefabricated pipe body, the bottom of each prefabricated pipe body extends towards the side face to form a protruding inverted-T-shaped section, and the inverted-T-shaped sections are lower than the prefabricated pipe bodies; an L-shaped cross section is fixed in the middle of the inverted T-shaped cross section, and a plurality of U-shaped load-bearing steel bars are further included; the construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, the tunnel segments are prefabricated, the U-shaped load-bearing steel bars are embedded into the tunnel segments, and the inverted-T-shaped sections are prefabricated at the joints of the tunnel segments; one end of the U-shaped load-bearing steel bar is poured in the prefabricated pipe body, and the other end of the U-shaped load-bearing steel bar is poured in the inverted-T-shaped section. S2, bolt holes are formed in the bottoms of the inverted-T-shaped sections, two matched tunnel segments are spliced, and after splicing is completed, bolt fixing is conducted through the bolt holes; and the assembling difficulty of the tunnel segments is reduced.
