The vertical all-geological hole-forming and hole-expanding drilling machine assembly comprises a carrying frame, the upper portion of the carrying frame is transversely and slidably connected with a drilling machine spinning core transmission system through a concave sliding groove, and the drilling machine spinning core transmission system is detachably connected with a vertically-arranged drilling machine anti-leakage and anti-sticking power rotating pipe system; and the lower part of the carrying frame is connected with a coil pipe guide structure of the anti-leakage and anti-sticking power coil pipe system of the drilling machine. According to the vertical all-geological hole-forming and hole-expanding drilling machine assembly provided by the invention, the drill bit has strong cutting and tunneling capability on all geological stratums including hard rocks, so that the function of barrier-free hole-forming construction under all-geological conditions is realized.
