The invention relates to the field of infrastructure manufacturing in the industries of aircrafts, high-speed rails, railways and the like in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, in particular to a track limiting lock and a track guiding and limiting system comprising the same. The rail limiting lock comprises a base and a locking device, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the base respectively extend upwards to form an inner wing part and an outer wing part; the bottom of the locking support arm is hinged between the inner wing part and the outer wing part, and a limiting stop block facing a transported object is fixed at the top of the locking support arm; locking positioning holes are formed in the sides, close to the limiting check blocks, of the inner wing parts and the outer wing parts. The lower part of the lock support arm extends towards the direction of the limiting stop block to form a positioning part, and a locking positioning hole is formed in the positioning part; in a locking state, the lock support arm is supported; the lock pin sequentially penetrates through all the locking positioning holes to lock the supporting position of the lock supporting arm. Compared with other types of track limiting locks, the track limiting lock is simpler in structure and higher in reliability.
