According to the method, after the electrolytic manganese residues are treated by adopting the appropriate curing agent, harmlessness of the electrolytic manganese residues can be achieved, resource recycling of the electrolytic manganese residues can be achieved, the method can be used for producing raw materials of building materials, operation is easy, the added value of products is high, and cost is low.
