Semi-lightweight alumina-based mullite homogeneous castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a semi-lightweight alumina-based mullite homogeneous material castable and a preparation method thereof. The castable is prepared from the following raw materials: a closed-cell alumina-based mullite material, an alumina-based mullite homogenized material, 200-mesh 80 bauxite clinker, 92 silica fume, flint clay powder, activated alumina micro powder and pure calcium aluminate cement, and at least one of an additive explosion-proof fiber, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate is added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly premixing various raw materials and additives, adding water, uniformly stirring, casting, molding, demolding, curing, drying, firing, and cooling to normal temperature after firing, thereby obtaining the finished product semi-lightweight alumina-based mullite homogeneous castable. Compared with the traditional castable, the product disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the volume density of the castable is reduced, the load of high-temperature equipment is reduced, the heat insulation effect is obvious, and the energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种半轻质矾土基莫来石均质料浇注料及其制备方法。所述浇注料由原料闭孔型矾土基莫来石材料、矾土基莫来石均质料、200目的80铝矾土熟料、92硅灰、焦宝石粉、活性氧化铝微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥组成,另外加入外加剂防爆纤维、三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠中的至少一种。将各种原料和外加剂预混匀,加水搅拌均匀后浇注成型、脱模、养护、干燥和烧制,烧制后冷却至常温,得到成品半轻质矾土基莫来石均质料浇注料。本发明产品较传统浇注料相比,一方面降低了浇注料的体积密度,降低了高温设备的荷载,另一方面其保温隔热效果明显,降低了能源消耗。
