Method for synergistically firing ceramsite by using river and lake bottom mud and municipal sludge
The invention relates to the technical field of municipal environmental engineering, in particular to a method for synergistically firing ceramsite by using river and lake bottom mud and municipal sludge. The method for firing the ceramsite comprises the following steps: respectively pretreating river and lake bottom mud and municipal sludge to obtain slurry with the water content of 70-80%, and respectively and accurately measuring the water content, the inorganic component content and the organic matter content of the slurry; uniformly mixing the two kinds of slurry to obtain total slurry, adjusting the concentration of the total slurry to be 10-15%, adding an agent into the total slurry according to the measured water content and the content of inorganic components and organic matters, and then carrying out filter pressing dehydration to obtain a mud cake with the water content of less than 40%; and carrying out carbonization ceramic preparation on the mud cake to obtain the ceramsite. According to the method, agents needed for conditioning, tempering and dehydration curing are combined into one, the mixing frequency of the raw materials is reduced, and the agents are added in the state that the raw materials are slurry, so that the agents and the raw materials are mixed more uniformly, and the reaction is more sufficient.
