本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域，特别涉及一种聚醚改性聚硅氧烷及其制备方法、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂及其制备方法。该聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂由聚醚改性聚硅氧烷于60～90℃加热温度下加入预混物中，并搅拌处理制得，所述预混合物为乳化剂与水的混合物。本发明采用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷制备出的聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂，其具有良好的抗水解性和长期储存稳定性。而且其应用于混凝土中时，混凝土和易性好，并可有效消除混凝土有害气泡，其匀泡性能好，应用于混凝土中使得泡沫更加细腻柔软，可有效提高混凝土材料的抗压强度，延长混凝土材料的使用寿命。
