After the defoaming agent is added into a concrete system, harmful large foams can be effectively eliminated and inhibited, tiny soft foams can uniformly and stably exist, the sizes of the foams in concrete are stable, and the requirements of defoaming and foam leading are met, so that the flowing property of an early concrete material is improved, the compressive strength of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. 本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种聚醚改性聚硅氧烷及其制备方法、控泡型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂及其制备方法。该消泡剂由聚醚改性聚硅氧烷和乳化剂混合于水中的混合物,经60~100℃加热温度下搅拌处理制得。本发明提供的控泡型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,能够取代目前工艺中常用的“先消后引”的方案,简化了添加与操作步骤,提高混凝土制备过程的质量可控性。在混凝土体系中加入此消泡剂后,能够有效地消除和抑制有害大泡,同时又能使微小柔软的泡均匀稳定地存在,且混凝土内泡沫尺寸稳定,满足了消泡和引泡的需求,从而提高了早期混凝土物料的流动性能,提升了混凝土的抗压强度,延长了混凝土材料的使用寿命。
