A fixed check block is replaced by the fabricated check block, the check block is arranged at the bent cap extending arm, the check block is connected with the bent cap extending arm through the prestressed steel bar, and the disc spring is arranged at the anchoring position of the top end of the prestressed steel bar, so that the prestressed steel bar is tensioned, and the installation stability of the check block is guaranteed; the lower part of the side face of the check block is connected with the bent cap main body through the U-shaped damper; a rubber pad is arranged at the upper part of the baffle block; and the damper can drive the check block to reset, residual deformation caused by vibration is reduced, impact of an upper beam body structure on the check block is buffered, and the self-resetting capacity of the whole anti-seismic check block system is improved.
