According to the rapid tubular pile pulling-out equipment and the construction method thereof, the telescopic ends of the first electric telescopic rods on the opposite sides of the stand columns stretch out and draw back at the same time to push first clamping rings to clamp the tubular pile, and anti-skid clamping plates are driven to move towards the inner wall surface of the tubular pile under threaded rotation pushing of threaded rods and form a clamping structure with the inner walls of the stand columns; and therefore, the stability and firmness of clamping the pipe pile are improved.
