Underneath passing high-speed rail bridge section pile plate structure and jacking construction method and device thereof
The embodiment of the invention provides an underneath passing high-speed railway bridge section pile plate structure and a jacking construction method and device thereof. The jacking construction method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is formed in a foundation on the side away from a high-speed railway bridge, and a sliding plate and a prefabricated plate structure are constructed in the foundation pit; a jacking back pile is constructed on the side, away from the high-speed railway bridge, of the sliding plate, and a jacking device is installed; pile foundations are constructed on the two longitudinal sides of the high-speed railway bridge correspondingly; a jacking device is adopted to jack the plate structure in the direction of the high-speed railway bridge along the jacking path, and a soil body at the front end of the plate structure is excavated and a sliding plate channel is constructed while jacking; and after the plate structure is constructed in place, the plate structure and the pile foundation are fixed. According to the method, a variable-excavation-edge jacking mode is adopted, a foundation pit does not need to be excavated under the high-speed railway bridge, and therefore the unloading effect causing the maximum deformation of the bridge is avoided, and the influence on the railway bridge is greatly reduced; and construction procedures such as cushion layer treatment, steel bar binding and concrete pouring are not needed under the high-speed rail bridge, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the influence time on the high-speed rail is greatly shortened.
本申请实施例中提供了一种下穿高铁桥梁段桩板结构及其顶进施工方法、装置,包括:在远离高铁桥梁一侧的地基中开设基坑,在基坑中施工滑板及预制板结构;在滑板远离高铁桥梁一侧施工顶进后背桩并安装顶进装置;在高铁桥梁纵向两侧分别施工桩基础;采用顶进装置将板结构沿顶进路径向高铁桥梁方向顶进,板结构前端土体在顶进的同时挖除并施工滑板通道;板结构施工到位后,将板结构和桩基础固定。本申请采用变挖边顶进的方式,无需在高铁桥梁下方大开挖基坑,由此避免引起桥梁变形最大的“卸载效应”,对铁路桥梁影响大大降低;且无需在高铁桥梁下进行垫层处理、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑等施工工序,施工周期大为减少,对高铁影响时间大大缩短。
