The invention discloses an assembled integral type underground structure and a construction method, and the underground structure comprises a cast-in-place bottom plate structure at the lower part between prefabricated side walls, a prefabricated middle plate structure at the middle part, and a top plate structure which is formed by overlapping prefabricated and cast-in-place at the top, lower-layer structural columns and upper-layer structural columns are respectively arranged among the cast-in-place bottom plate structure, the prefabricated middle plate structure and the top plate structure; prefabricated and cast-in-place superposed middle longitudinal beams and top longitudinal beams are respectively arranged at the tops of the structural columns; the construction method comprises the following steps that the enclosure structure is constructed, and the foundation pit is excavated; assembling the prefabricated side wall; a bottom plate structure is poured; lowering a lower-layer structural column; prefabricated middle longitudinal beams are erected, and prefabricated middle plates are erected; lowering an upper-layer structural column; pouring a superposed middle longitudinal beam; erecting a prefabricated top longitudinal beam; erecting a prefabricated top plate; pouring a top plate laminated layer and a laminated top longitudinal beam; pre-stress tensioning is conducted; and constructing an upper-layer structure and backfilling. Integral assembly is realized, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction quality is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is reduced.
