One specific implementation mode of the method comprises the steps that a prefabricated hollow column is manufactured, a semi-grouting sleeve is assembled at the upper end of a stress longitudinal bar of the prefabricated hollow column, and a vertical hole penetrating through the height direction is formed in the prefabricated hollow column in a vertical hole inner core occupying mode; a semi-grouting sleeve at the upper end of the lower-layer prefabricated hollow column extends into a horizontal post-pouring section at the bottom of the upper-layer prefabricated hollow column, a high-strength grouting material is poured through an upper opening of the semi-grouting sleeve, the upper-layer prefabricated hollow column is hoisted, and the lower end of a stress longitudinal bar of the upper-layer prefabricated hollow column is inserted into the semi-grouting sleeve to achieve grouting connection; and the horizontal post-pouring section and post-pouring concrete in the vertical hole are poured at the top of the vertical hole at the same time, and fabricated construction of the reinforced concrete column is completed. Bin sealing and pressure grouting operation of traditional sleeve grouting connection can be avoided, the prefabricated column hoisting speed is high, prefabricated column connection can be achieved by post-pouring concrete on site, the construction efficiency is high, the construction quality is easy to control, and the stress performance of the constructed column is good.
