The invention relates to a fabricated reinforced concrete column member and a construction method thereof.The fabricated reinforced concrete column member comprises column body concrete, common longitudinal bars, stirrups, first embedded parts and second embedded parts, the common longitudinal bars are bundled and fixed through the stirrups, and meanwhile the common longitudinal bars and the stirrups are arranged in a column body of the fabricated reinforced concrete column member and do not penetrate through a column section connecting interface; the first embedded part is arranged on the lower portion of the assembly type reinforced concrete column component and extends out of the column bottom, the second embedded part is arranged on the upper portion of the assembly type reinforced concrete column component and extends out of the column top, the common longitudinal bars and the stirrups form a column body reinforcement cage poured with column body concrete, and a post-pouring concrete area of an upper-layer column connection node and a lower-layer column connection node is only concentrated within the plate thickness range. Compared with a traditional mode concentrated within the beam height range, the post-pouring area is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the upper-layer column and the lower-layer column do not need to be connected through a large number of steel bars, and only a small number of embedded parts need to be connected. The structure is simple, construction is convenient, cost is saved, and good engineering advantages and economic benefits are achieved.
