The invention provides a geopolymer material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The geopolymer material contains modified aluminosilicate, and the content of aluminum in the modified aluminosilicate is more than 35% by weight and the content of silicon is more than 40% by weight based on the total amount of the modified aluminosilicate and in terms of oxide. The geopolymer material has an initial setting time of 5 to 10 hours and a final setting time of 7 to 12 hours at at least one temperature in the range of 70 to 300 DEG C. The geopolymer material disclosed by the invention has proper initial setting time and final setting time under the activation of an activator, and well cementation can be realized at a higher temperature even if the geopolymer material is not matched with a retarder.
本发明提供一种地质聚合物材料及其制备方法和应用。该地质聚合物材料含有改性硅铝土,以改性硅铝土的总量为基准且以氧化物计,所述改性硅铝土中铝的含量为35重量%以上且硅的含量为40重量%以上,所述地质聚合物材料在70‑300℃的范围内的至少一个温度下初凝时间为5‑10小时且终凝时间为7‑12小时。本发明的地质聚合物材料在激活剂的激活下,具有适当的初凝时间和终凝时间,即使不配合缓凝剂也能够在更高的温度下实现固井。
