The invention discloses a preparation method of bulk heating graphite, a product and application of the bulk heating graphite in a heating appliance, the method comprises the following steps: weighing powder and a binder, taking pitch coke as the powder and taking modified pitch as the binder; preheating the pitch coke; heating the modified asphalt to a molten state; pouring the modified pitch into the preheated pitch coke for mixing and kneading to obtain a paste material; performing hot rolling on the paste, cooling, crushing, and screening to obtain mixed powder; carrying out isostatic compaction treatment on the mixed powder to obtain a green body sample; and carrying out two times of roasting treatment on the formed green body sample to obtain the bulk heating graphite sample. According to the preparation method of the bulk heating graphite, the product and the application of the bulk heating graphite in the heating appliance, the graphite integrally has a heatable resistor and integrally heats after being electrified, the obtained hot air is obviously more sufficient, the temperature is more uniform, the heating effect is better, the smoking requirement of a baked cigarette is met, and stable puff-by-puff cigarette fragrance is generated; and the porous honeycomb diffuser does not need to be combined with other heating elements, so that the assembly is more convenient.
