The present invention relates to a method for producing waste graphite mortar for a heating board, and more specifically, to a method for producing waste graphite mortar for a heating board using a waste graphite block that is used after graphitization. A method of producing waste graphite mortar for a heating board according to the present invention comprises: mixing a powder obtained by grinding a waste graphite block in a particle size of 10 to 20 microns with a clay having a particle size of 10 to 20 microns at a ratio of 3:1 to prepare a mixture; and mixing the mixture with an inorganic binder. A method of producing waste graphite mortar for a heating board according to the present invention is capable of obtaining an environment-friendly effect according to recycling of resources as well as an economic effect of resource recycling by grinding waste graphite that is disposed without being recycled, thereby producing mortar for molding the heating board using the ground waste graphite such that the waste graphite that is disposed is recycled.
본 발명은 발열보드용 폐흑연 모올타르 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 그라파이트화 되어 사용된 폐흑연블록을 이용하여 발열보드용 폐흑연 모올타르 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 폐흑연블록을 10-20미크론으로 분쇄한 분말에, 10-20미크론의 크기의 점토를 3:1의 비율로 혼합하여 무기질 바인더로를 혼합하여서 된 것으로, 본 발명은 재활용되지 않고 폐기처분되는 폐흑연을 분쇄하여 발열보드를 성형하는 모올타르를 제조하므로서 폐기처분되는 폐흑연을 재활용하므로서 자원 재활용의 경제적인 효과 뿐만아니라 자원의 재활용에 따른 친환경 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.
