The invention discloses a novel recoverable anti-seismic independent foundation, and relates to the technical field of foundation design of a fabricated steel structure system.The independent foundation is composed of annular steel columns, fixed panels, reset polyhedral blocks, deformation buffers, earthquake energy dissipation dampers, memory metal foundation restorers, outer wrapping steel plates and a base; wherein the annular steel column is welded on a fixed panel of an outer ring, and is connected with the base in a bolt connection manner; the reset polyhedral block, the deformation buffer, the earthquake energy dissipation damper and the memory metal foundation restorer are sequentially welded to the periphery of the annular steel column from top to bottom through the outer steel plate. The damping material with the buffering characteristic is used for conducting slight recoverable reciprocating motion in the earthquake process to better dissipate earthquake force so as to achieve the anti-seismic purpose, special treatment is also conducted on recoverability after an earthquake, the purposes of energy dissipation, shock absorption and sustainability are achieved, and meanwhile the normal use requirement can be met.
本发明公开了一种新型可恢复式抗震独立基础,涉及装配式钢结构体系的基础设计技术领域,所述独立基础由环形钢柱、固定面板、复位多面体块、变形缓冲器、地震消能阻尼器、记忆金属基础复位器、外包钢板和基座组成;其中,所述环形钢柱焊接在外环的固定面板上,并通过螺栓连接的方式和基座相连;所述复位多面体块、变形缓冲器、地震消能阻尼器和记忆金属基础复位器从上至下依次通过外包钢板焊接到环形钢柱四周。本发明利用具有缓冲特性的阻尼材料通过在地震过程中做轻微的可恢复的往复运动来更好的消散地震力,以达到抗震的目的,针对震后的可恢复性也做了专项的处理,实现了消能、减震、可持续的目的,同时也能满足正常使用需求。
