The invention discloses a building composite material which comprises a surface material layer, a first adhesive layer, an electroplated layer, a second adhesive layer, a glass fiber layer, a third adhesive layer, a substrate layer and an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) layer, the preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, an aluminum foil material and an aluminum laminated film are coated and attached to form a plane material; secondly, performing one-time synthesis double-sided coating through a cotton net, and meanwhile, performing a compounding process with a surface material and a substrate; and finally, during use, the substrate is attached to the EVA foam in a covering manner. According to the building material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the coating process loss is avoided, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the service life of the product in atrocious weather is prolonged; and when the substrate is peeled off, the tensile resistance and tear resistance of the surface material are enhanced, so that the fitness between the client side and EVA is further improved, and the adhesion is more smooth and stable.
本发明公开了一种建筑复合材料,包括面材层、第一胶层、电镀层、第二胶层、玻璃纤维层、第三胶层、底材层及EVA层;其制备方法包括如下步骤,首先通过铝箔材料与镀铝膜涂覆贴合形成面材;其次通过棉网一次合成双面涂覆,同时,与面材和底材复合工艺;最后在使用时,底材与EVA泡棉覆贴。利用本发明提供的建筑材料及其制备方法,避免了涂布工艺损耗及大大提升生产效率,增强了产品恶劣气候下使用的年限;并且通过剥离底材时,面材的抗拉伸,抗撕裂能力增强,进一步改良客户端与EVA的服帖性更平整,粘力稳定。
