The invention belongs to the technical field of hole slag regeneration, and discloses a tunnel hole slag regeneration and utilization method which comprises the following steps: S1, excavating hole slag by adopting blasting in cooperation with an excavator, excavating and loading by adopting the excavator, and transporting to a raw material area of a gravel processing plant by adopting a dump truck. Equipment for the tunnel hole slag recycling method comprises a chassis and further comprises a supporting frame fixedly connected to the chassis. The buoyancy assembly is movably assembled on the chassis; the screening assembly is fixedly assembled on the supporting frame and used for screening hole slag with the diameter smaller than 130 mm; and the driving mechanism is fixedly assembled on the supporting frame and the screening assembly. According to the technical scheme, the first screening barrel is used for screening hole slag with the diameter smaller than 130 mm, the hole slag with the diameter smaller than 130 mm and the hole slag with the diameter larger than 130 mm can be discharged into the different floating barrels respectively, therefore, the liquid level of a water source in the water storage barrel can rise, the rising ratio is measured through the liquid level sensor, the weight ratio of the two kinds of hole slag can be known, and the detection accuracy is improved. Therefore, the percent of pass of breaking can be deduced according to the weight ratio.
