Hydrophobic aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hydrophobic aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing silica sol and aluminum sol; compounding silicon-aluminum gel on a fiber support body based on the silica sol and the aluminum sol to obtain a composite silicon-aluminum gel fiber support body; placing the composite silicon-aluminum gel fiber support body in a first solvent for aging; carrying out supercritical drying on the aged composite silicon-aluminum gel fiber support body through a drying medium; the first solvent comprises ethyl alcohol and ethyl orthosilicate, and the volume ratio of ethyl orthosilicate to ethyl alcohol in the first solvent is 1: (5-20); hydrophobic modification of the aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material is achieved, and it is avoided that due to the fact that the aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material finished product and a hydrophobic modifier solution are combined for modification, part of water or other solvents permeate into pores of the aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material finished product, and the heat insulation performance of the final finished product of the hydrophobic aluminum-silicon aerogel composite material is reduced.
本发明公开了一种疏水铝硅气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:制备硅溶胶、铝溶胶;基于所述硅溶胶、铝溶胶对纤维支撑体复合硅‑铝凝胶,得到复合硅‑铝凝胶纤维支撑体;将复合硅‑铝凝胶纤维支撑体置于第一溶剂中进行老化;将老化后的复合硅‑铝凝胶纤维支撑体通过干燥介质进行超临界干燥;所述第一溶剂包括乙醇和正硅酸乙酯,所述第一溶剂中正硅酸乙酯、乙醇的体积比为1:(5‑20);实现了对铝硅气凝胶复合材料的疏水改性,又避免了铝硅气凝胶复合材料成品与疏水改性剂溶液进行结合改性导致的铝硅气凝胶复合材料成品的孔隙中渗入部分水或其他溶剂导致最终成品的疏水铝硅气凝胶复合材料隔热性能降低。
