Silicon-aluminum-based aerogel fiber composite material and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of fiber composite materials, in particular to a silicon-aluminum-based aerogel fiber composite material and a preparation technology thereof.The preparation technology comprises the following steps that aluminum chloride, ethyl alcohol and water are mixed to prepare an aluminum mixed solution, and aluminum sol is obtained through stirring hydrolysis; mixing tetraethoxysilane, ethanol and water to prepare a silicon mixed solution, stirring at normal temperature or under a heating condition, and cooling to obtain silica sol; mixing the aluminum sol and the silica sol at room temperature, and then adding a cross-linking agent for blending to obtain a sol colloid; and adding the sol colloid into a container filled with a plurality of pieces of fiber paper at room temperature, and standing to obtain the silicon-aluminum-based aerogel fiber composite material. The silicon-aluminum-based aerogel fiber composite material which can be repeatedly used at a high temperature is prepared by taking a traditional thermal insulation material, namely aluminum silicate fiber paper, as a base material and silicon dioxide-aluminum oxide aerogel as a thermal insulation filler and adopting a normal-pressure drying process, so that the heat resistance and the repeated utilization rate of the fiber paper are effectively improved.
本发明涉及纤维复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅铝基气凝胶纤维复合材料及其制备工艺,该制备工艺包括如下步骤:将氯化铝、乙醇和水混合配制成铝混合液,搅拌水解得到铝溶胶;将正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水混合配制成硅混合液,常温或加热条件下搅拌,冷却后得到硅溶胶;室温下将铝溶胶与硅溶胶混合,再加入交联剂进行共混得到溶胶胶体;室温下将溶胶胶体加入至装有若干纤维纸的容器中静置,得到硅铝基气凝胶纤维复合材料。以传统隔热材料‑硅酸铝纤维纸为基体材料,以二氧化硅‑三氧化二铝气凝胶为隔热填料,采用常压干燥工艺制备高温下可重复使用的硅铝基气凝胶纤维复合材料,有效提高纤维纸的耐热性能及可重复利用率。
