According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: burdening BN micro powder and SiBCN micro powder according to the mass ratio of 1: (1-5), and mixing to obtain mixed powder; putting the mixed powder into a ball milling tank, and carrying out ball milling in an Ar atmosphere under the condition that the mass ratio of milling balls to the mixed powder is (5-50): 1, so as to obtain a ball-milled material; the ball-milled material is placed in a vacuum drying box to be dried, dried BN-SiBCN micro powder is placed in a mold, pressure maintaining is conducted for 1-20 min under the condition of 10-100 MPa, and a BN-SiBCN blank is prepared; and placing the graphite mold filled with the BN-SiBCN green body in a hot pressing furnace, heating to 1400-2000 DEG C in a vacuum environment, preserving heat and pressure under the condition of 10-100 MPa, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the BN-SiBCN composite ceramic for the thin-strip continuous casting side sealing plate. The prepared product is high in density, excellent in wear resistance, good in thermal shock resistance, excellent in oxidation resistance, good in molten steel erosion resistance and long in service life.
本发明涉及一种薄带连铸侧封板用BN‑SiBCN复合陶瓷及其制备方法。其技术方案是:按BN微粉∶SiBCN微粉的质量比为1∶(1~5)配料,混合,得混合粉料;将混合粉料置入球磨罐中,在Ar气氛和磨球∶混合粉料的质量比为(5~50)∶1的条件下球磨,得球磨料;将球磨料置于真空干燥箱中干燥,干燥后的BN‑SiBCN微粉置于模具中,在10~100MPa条件下保压1~20min,制得BN‑SiBCN坯体;将装有BN‑SiBCN坯体的石墨模置于热压炉中,在真空环境下升温至1400~2000℃,在10~100MPa条件下保温保压,随炉冷却,得到薄带连铸侧封板用BN‑SiBCN复合陶瓷。本发明所制制品致密度高、耐磨性优良、抗热震性良好、抗氧化性优异、抗钢水侵蚀性好和使用寿命长。
