The invention discloses a preparation method of high-temperature-resistant low-dielectric-loss SiBCN composite ceramic, and relates to a preparation method of SiBCN composite ceramic. The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing SiBCN ceramic is difficult to prepare compact block ceramic, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the compact block ceramic are relatively high. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing slurry; 2, curing the precursor slurry; 3, performing ceramic pyrolysis; and 4, heat treatment. The preparation method is used for preparing the high-temperature-resistant and low-dielectric-loss SiBCN composite ceramic.
