The invention provides a carbon/carbon composite material crucible with a silicon-carbon-nitrogen oxygen-free coating and a preparation method of the carbon/carbon composite material crucible, and relates to the technical field of crucible preparation. According to the method, phenolic resin is used for densifying the carbon/carbon composite material crucible, a PIP technology is adopted, and the high-density carbon/carbon composite material crucible is impregnated for more than two times by using a PIP impregnation liquid containing polycarbosilane, polysilazane and a binder, so that the high-density carbon/carbon composite material crucible is fully impregnated in the PIP impregnation liquid; and the PIP impregnation liquid on the surface of the crucible subjected to heat treatment is subjected to in-situ reaction to generate the silicon-carbon-nitrogen oxygen-free coating, and the interlayer binding force is high. The silicon-carbon-nitrogen oxygen-free coating effectively seals holes of the carbon/carbon composite material crucible, improves density, prevents silicon liquid from permeating, effectively prevents the carbon/carbon composite material crucible from being corroded and damaged, improves high-temperature mechanical properties and silicification corrosion resistance, and remarkably prolongs the service life of the carbon/carbon composite material crucible.
本发明提供了一种具有硅碳氮无氧涂层的碳/碳复合材料坩埚及其制备方法,涉及坩埚制备技术领域。本发明利用酚醛树脂对碳/碳复合材料坩埚进行增密,采用PIP工艺,利用含有聚碳硅烷、聚氮硅烷和粘结剂的PIP浸渍液将对高密度碳/碳复合材料坩埚进行浸渍2次以上,使高密度碳/碳复合材料坩埚充分浸渍PIP浸渍液,进而提高硅碳氮无氧涂层的均匀性和致密性,经热处理后坩埚表面的PIP浸渍液原位反应生成硅碳氮无氧涂层,层间结合力强。硅碳氮无氧涂层对碳/碳复合材料坩埚进行有效封孔,提高致密度,防止硅液渗透,有效防止碳/碳复合材料坩埚被腐蚀破坏,提高高温力学性能和抗硅化腐蚀性能,显著延长碳/碳复合材料坩埚的使用寿命。
