The water reducing agent is prepared by carrying out free radical copolymerization reaction on unsaturated polyether monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid, functional monomer a, functional monomer b and catalyst under the oxidation-reduction action of initiator and reducing agent and then mixing with neutralizer, the doping amount level is 0.05-0.3%, the doping amount is low, the dispersity and anti-mud sensitivity are good, and the water reducing agent has good adaptability to various types of concrete and can be used for preparing concrete. The obtained concrete has excellent comprehensive performance.
