The steel cylinder is fixedly arranged on the base, and a filling space is formed in the steel cylinder; the grid structure is arranged in the filling space and divides the filling space into a plurality of grid channels, each grid channel extends in the vertical direction, and the grid channels are filled with gravel materials; the grating channel is filled with a gravel material; the multiple supporting rods are fixedly arranged on the base in the vertical direction, the supporting rods correspond to the grating channels one to one, and the supporting rods are inserted into the corresponding grating channels.
