The invention discloses a new and old viaduct widening structure which comprises two sets of steel cover plates, the two sets of steel cover plates are transversely and symmetrically arranged between flange plates of an old viaduct and a new viaduct, longitudinal pulling shafts for supporting the two sets of steel cover plates to rotate are arranged between the two sets of steel cover plates, and steel bottom dies extending longitudinally are arranged on the bottom sides of the two sets of steel cover plates. And a retainer which extends between the two groups of steel cover plates to connect the steel bottom die and the steel cover plates is vertically arranged on the bottom side of the steel bottom die in a penetrating manner. The method has the beneficial effects that the steel bottom dies capable of being rapidly detached are arranged on the bottom sides of the two sets of steel cover plates, the steel bottom dies can be pushed in the length direction of the bridge to drive the holder and the die closing plate to move, continuous die erecting is achieved in the width splicing process of the bridge in the length direction of the bridge, and the bridge widening efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the mold closing plate serving as the grouting mold can synchronously move with the steel bottom mold to achieve position replacement, the mold closing plate can be turned up and put down through rotation of the retainer, and demolding convenience is improved.
本发明公开了一种新旧高架桥拼宽构造,包括两组钢盖板,两组钢盖板横向对称设置于旧桥和新桥的翼缘板之间,两组钢盖板之间设置有支撑两组该钢盖板转动的纵拉轴,且两组钢盖板底侧设置有纵向延伸的钢底模,该钢底模底侧竖向穿设有延伸到两组钢盖板之间以连接钢底模和钢盖板的保持架。有益效果在于:本发明通过在两组钢盖板底侧设置可快速拆除的钢底模,在桥梁长度方向可推移钢底模带动保持架以及合模板进行移动,在桥梁沿其长度方向拼宽过程中实现连续支模,提高桥梁扩宽效率;同时作为灌浆模具的合模板能够与钢底模同步移动实现位置替换,合模板可通过保持架旋转实现上翻与下放,提高脱模便捷性。
