The invention discloses a high-bearing-capacity pile. The high-bearing-capacity pile comprises a pile body and an expansion material block located at the bottom end of the pile body. The expansion material block comprises the following components: a material containing an active aluminum component, a material containing a calcium component and a material containing a sulfate radical, and the proportion of the material containing the active aluminum component, the material containing the calcium component and the material containing the sulfate radical in the expansion material enables the expansion material to generate ettringite hydrates after hydration; and pressing the powder components to obtain the expansion material block with the density of more than or equal to 1500kg/m < 3 >. According to the high-bearing-capacity pile, the block body made of the expansion material is arranged at the bottom end of the pile, after the pile is arranged, the expansion material block absorbs pore water in a soil layer at the pile end within the time required by design, volume expansion is generated immediately, the soil layer at the pile end is extruded, and drainage consolidation is achieved; the bearing capacity of the pile is improved, and the settlement amount of the pile is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高承载力桩,高承载力桩包括桩体和位于桩体底端的膨胀材料块;膨胀材料块包括如下组分:含活性铝成分的材料、含钙成分的材料和含硫酸根的材料,含活性铝成分的材料、含钙成分的材料和含硫酸根的材料在膨胀材料中的比例能使其水化后产生钙矾石类水化物,将各粉末组分压制得到密度≥1500kg/m3的膨胀材料块。本发明提供一种高承载力桩,通过在桩的底端设置有一个膨胀材料制作的块体,在桩设置完成后,膨胀材料块在设计要求的时间内,吸收桩端土层中的孔隙水,随即产生体积膨胀,挤压桩端土层使之排水固结,进而提高桩的承载力、减少桩的沉降量。
