A one-way valve is fixedly connected to the interior of the drainage pipeline, a transmission mechanism is arranged in the baffle, and an auxiliary mechanism is fixed to the lower portion of the transmission mechanism; the baffles are mutually spliced to form a construction site, the fixing base is used for supporting and fixing to avoid collapse, the water flow height and the drainage condition inside can be observed through the water level observation mechanism, water pumping and emptying are conducted through the drainage pipeline, the transmission mechanism is used for achieving pressure change in the baffles, and then water flow output is accelerated; and the requirement of rapid drainage is met.
