To provide a cofferdam construction in which the falling and flowing-out of sandbags hardly occur even when a water level rises.SOLUTION: A cofferdam construction in claim 1 is constituted by fixing a pair of facing panels using a strut to form a box frame and fixing the plurality of box frames using a connection member. In a cofferdam construction in claim 2, the box frame is constituted by attaching the struts between vertical beams provided at both side faces of the pair of facing panels in the invention of the claim 1. In a cofferdam construction in claim 3, the box frame is constituted by attaching the struts between slide rails provided at both side faces of the pair of facing panels in the invention of the claim 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
